Processing times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
- Free shipping on all orders over €35 — applied automatically, no code needed.
Estimated delivery times
- United States: 4–10 business days
- Portugal & EU: 8–12 business days
- Other countries: 10–18 business days

Tracking
